We want you to love your Poppy Playtime gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
